GreenGlen: Driving Climate Action for a Sustainable Future

At Infoglen, sustainability isn’t a headline or an annual activity. It’s a value that lives inside how we work, how we show up for our communities and how we imagine the future, reflecting our core belief in being a Good Corporate Citizen.

GreenGlen is our climate action initiative, created to help restore ecosystems, reduce waste and inspire every Infoglener to become a mindful, responsible global citizen, guided by our value of collaboration and collective ownership of impact.

GreenGlen reflects a simple belief we hold deeply: growth means nothing if the planet doesn’t grow with us.

Our Climate Commitment

We focus our efforts where they create real, measurable impact.

Restoring forests and biodiversity

Eliminating
single-use plastic

Building a culture of sustainability across all offices

Reforestation Project

Restoring Forests, Restoring Hope

Forests are among our planet’s strongest protectors.

In 2022, Infoglen launched the Reforestation Project, partnering with global and local organizations including One Tree Planted, IAmGurgaon, Our City Forest and regional community groups. With 3,860+ trees planted worldwide, each tree reflects a long-term investment in climate resilience and collective action.

“Joining the plantation drive was a refreshing break from routine. We did not just fund trees. We planted them ourselves, learning from local experts how to prepare the soil and protect the roots for long-term survival.

That experience changed how I think about sustainability at home. I now maintain a small balcony garden and use kitchen compost instead of chemical fertilizers.”

Ibrahim Ahmad, Managing Director

SWEEP Project

Segregate Waste & Educate to Eliminate Plastic

Plastic pollution is a critical environmental challenge.

Through SWEEP, Infoglen is reshaping everyday habits across offices by eliminating single-use plastic, promoting waste segregation and improving recycling practices. From reusable bottles to awareness workshops and clean-up drives, SWEEP turns sustainability intent into consistent, measurable action.

“Before SWEEP, I never really thought about where my waste ended up.

What started as small changes at work made me more aware of my everyday habits and that awareness gradually extended beyond the office.

I began carrying reusable bags, avoiding excessive packaging and paying closer attention to what I throw away at home.”
