Inside Sales Manager/Account Executive

About the Role

 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven inside sales professional to generate Sales Qualified Meetings within the US market through outbound prospecting and cold calling. The role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Prospecting for Sales Qualified meetings as per the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to move qualified leads through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

 

  • 2–6 years of experience in the outbound process in the US territory.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience with cold calling in the U.S. market is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the US market and sales processes.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably in software or SaaS.
