As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've had together.

The holiday season is a perfect time to pause, celebrate our achievements, and acknowledge the collective efforts that made them possible.

It’s been an extraordinary year of growth, innovation, and collaboration, and I’m excited to share some thoughts as we prepare for what’s ahead.

Dubai Chocolate Bar

By Not Quite Nigella

Treat yourself to the exotic flavors of Dubai with this indulgent chocolate recipe. A perfect combination of dark chocolate, milk, and white chocolate with a touch of pistachio and sea salt makes it a luxurious treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 100g milk chocolate

  • 50g white chocolate

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

  • A pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark, milk, and white chocolates over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth and glossy.

  • Add the heavy cream, butter, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and stir until everything is well combined and creamy.

  • Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold or tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Sprinkle the top with chopped pistachios and a pinch of sea salt for added flavor and texture.

  • Let the chocolate cool at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

PS: My sweetest childhood memories are from summer vacations when all my cousins would gather at my grandfather's house. The joy of spending those carefree days together is unforgettable.
