The context layer maintains a structured model of the GTM organization, accounts, opportunities, contacts, products, competitors and conversations, resolved into entities with relationships and history. What determines a GTM outcome sits outside the CRM record: call transcripts, email threads, proposals and internal documents. The layer reads from Salesforce along with those sources, resolves them against the same entities and writes back to Salesforce. Each customer's context is isolated to their own tenant. We do not train on customer data.
The Story Behind the Name Zambyl
ZAMBYL: (pronounced Zum-BEEL, emphasis on second syllable)
Derived from the Persian word “Zambeel”, primarily refers to a traditional leather or woven bag, famously known as a magical, bottomless bag/container producing exactly what is needed, exactly when it is needed. It doesn't just store things, it makes anything retrievable, instantly, on demand.
